ORDER
1/ COMPOSITION OF THE ORDER:
The general principle is that products ordered together are shipped together. If you want to receive some products at the same time, you have to order them together. However, we can’t keep our products in stock indefinitely. You can order products together if they are planned to be in stock in a period of one month.
examples:
- one product in stock can’t be ordered at the same time than a product that will be in stock three months later.
- a myth cloth that will release at the end of a month in HK can be ordered at the same time that the one that will release one month later
ATTENTION: if you don’t respect this rule, we will send the products separately and ask additionnal shipping fees before sending the last products.

2/ ADDITION OF PRODUCTS TO THE ORDER:
It is possible to add some products to you orders. Please send us en email with the order number and the products that you would like to add.
Please note that it is only possible within 2 conditions:
- the order has not yet been paid or the status is not yet turned to "payment received"
- the composition of the new order must respect the above mentioned conditions (1/ composition of the order)
3/ STATUS OF YOUR ORDER
When your order is registered, you automatically receive confirmation by email. The status is then "pending". This status changes when payment is received and when shipping is in process. For each modification of the status, you will receive an email.
4/ SHIPPING :
Please check your address and inform us of any change to avoid any problem
The tracking number will normally be sent to you before shipping through the status "processing".

PAYMENT
- bank transfer. You receive our bank information by email in the confirmation of order.
- payment by credit card secured by the Credit Mutuel (french bank). The tranfer is immediate but we have to validate the payment manually. So the status won’t be turned to "payment received" immediateley
- "chèque bancaire" is only available for french customers (see french version of the website)
- PAYPAL allows you to pay with your paypal account . You are redirected to paypal’s website. As soon as the payment is done, you are automaticaly redirected to our website. Please note that paypal requires immediate payment (even in case of pre order).
ATTENTION:
1/
the order is only registered in the database when you are back on our website. So don’t close your browser as long as you are not back on the website or your order won’t appear in our database. If you have closed it, please follow the following instructions:
_ place the order again (the products are still in your baskey) and keep the same options
_ don’t select paypal or you will be redirected on their website. Select "bank transfer"
_ in the box "comment", write "paid by paypal on xx/xx". I will check the payment and validate your order
2/ we will charge you an administrative fee of 3,6% shipping excluded; with a minimum of 0,50 eur. Previously we had a higher price for our products and we proposed a discount of 3,5% for people not using paypal. As paypal does only represent a small part of our transaction and as we wish to provide a more clear tarification, we have decreased our prices and we ask a participation for paypal.
3/ Due to problems encountered by many sellers with paypal, you MUST choose a shipping method with signature if you use paypal. In the contrary, we will charge you the difference with 1 eur of administrative fee.
